She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McKay and Ora Vaughn (Sink); her stepfather Claude Vaughn; and her sisters, Pauline McKay and Margaret York.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Kite; her niece Diane Lentz of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her nephew Stan York (Diana) of Henning, Tennessee; and her brother-in-law Larry Kite (Anita) of Wheaton, Illinois. She is also survived by several cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
