She was predeceased by: her parents, Jordan "Jerry" Jones and Rose Lee Jones (Gladney); and her grandson Shalin Deion Burns. She is survived by: her husband Elder Julian Burns, Sr.; her children, Carlos (Melissa Burns), Toba (Joe Castro), Tara (Andrew Bell), Julian, Jr. (Kati Burns) and Hannah Burns of Springfield, Illinois; her grandchildren, Dejiour, Mahalia, Destinee, Andresha, Olivia, Jaryn, Caleah, Carter, Marktavion and Markeya; her great grandchild Deion Demond Burns; and her siblings, Charles Jones of Mount Vernon, Imagine Miller of Mount Vernon, Gerldine Montgomery of Mount Vernon and Jerry Jones of Seattle, Washington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
