We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 62, Sherry Johnson of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in McDowell, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sherry Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Terry Douglas and Anna Hammons, Sr. (Jones); and her sister Dianna "Dana" Beck. She is survived by: her children, Holden Johnson of Saint Louis, Jake Johnson of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Molly Beth McVey (Maddy) of Saint Louis, Missouri; her granddaughter McKinley Jo Johnson; her brothers, Terry Hammons, II of Mount Vernon and Chad Hammons of Saint Louis, Missouri; and also Kelsey Smith of Mount Vernon, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
