She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Ronald Howard; her mother Anna Bernice Kern; her children, Brenda Ogborn (Carey) of Zionsville and Brent Howard of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Natalie Lin (Mike) of Carmel, Drew Ogborn of Indianapolis and Jaime Howard (Jay Harris) of Sims, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Conner Lin of Carmel, Audrey Lin of Carmel, Madalynn Howard of Sims, Illinois and Maliyah Harris of Sims, Illinois; her sister Patti Causer (Reverend Bill Causer) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her niece Lisa Leggans (David) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her nephew Mark Causer of Swansea; her father Ellsworth Kern; and her close friend Judith York.
