Sandra Banes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2020, at the age of 76, Sandra Banes of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Ina, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Browning and Juanita Browning (Johnson); and her siblings, Daniel Browning, Pat Hudgens and Jean Ann Howell.
She is survived by: her spouse Leslie "Les" Banes; her children, Randy Banes of Bonnie, Jeff Banes (Denise) of Mount Vernon, Sue Ann Fitzpatrick (Mark) of Mount Vernon, Kathy Wix (Jeff) of Mount Vernon and Amy Poorman (Troy) of Woodlawn, Illinois; and her sister Shirley Moyer (Ron) of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Sandra's honor to her great-granddaughter, Madalynn Banes' Medical Expenses, in care of Randy Banes, Sr. Madalynn is on a waiting list for a multi-organ transplant.
