It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Walker (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Red" and Iva Walker (Rainwater); and his brother Larry G. Walker. He is survived by: his wife Freda L. Shelton; his children, Roger D. Jr., Julie D. Bullard and Susan L. Willmore (Clinton); his grandchildren, Jeffrey D. Bullard, Jr., William N. Bullard and Kambria I. Willmore; his sisters, Diana L. Anderson, Kathy A. Willis (Paul Pfister), Linda M. Lee and Carla D. Ellis (Bobby); and his pet Dixie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
