He was predeceased by: his mother Louann Stegall. He is survived by: his father Stephen Stegall of Kentucky; his daughter Elizabeth Fisher of Hoyleton, Illinois; his siblings, Anita Woodworth (John) of Mount Vernon, Georgia Pickett (Josh) of West Frankfort, Crystal King of Hillsboro, Ohio and Jeffery Belvins of Texas; and his aunt Dorothy Keen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hughey Funeral Home (1314 Main St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864).
