He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Paul Kackowski. He is survived by: his parents, Francis "Buddy" Kackowski and Carolyn Kackowski (Mezzo) of Grotin, Connecticut; his former wife Pamela Kackowski of Mount Vernon; his daughter Amanda Marquis (Rhyan Payne) of Mount Vernon; and his grandson Jax Christopher Payne of Mount Vernon.
