Vernon, Matthew Smith (Denise) of St. Louis and Lucas Smith of St. Louis, Missouri; his siblings, Thomas J. Hayes of Mt. Vernon, James S. Hayes of Mt. Vernon, Marvin Hayes (Sharon) of Mt. Vernon, Irene Madlem of Owensboro, Barbara Jean Graham of Mt. Vernon and Phyllis Crowe of Fostoria, Ohio; and his nephew Kevin Graham.
