He was predeceased by: his father Raleigh Lee; his nephew Timothy Burns; and his great-niece Brittney Burns. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Ann Burns of Yorkville, Illinois and Michael D. Teal of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his niece Julie Buonincontro (Len); his nephews, Daniel Burns II (Meri) and Mark Burns (Debra); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vincenzo, Dominic, Sophia, Jade, Daniela, Daniel III, Sofia, Mark, Matthew, Michael, Brandi, Tim, Corey and Tom; and also, Holden, Waylen and Max.
