It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Mae Compton-Flannigan of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Compton and Noma Compton (Richardson); and her sister Debra James. She is survived by: her husband Donald Flannigan; and her brother Vint Compton (Kelly) of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
