She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin A. Hayes and Inez Hayes; her husband Eugene T. Estes; and her siblings, James L. Hayes of Hammond, Indiana, Alice Douthit Fischer of Dix, Doris Wood of Bluford and Mary Jones Flanagan of Mount Vernon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathie Colwell (Dale) of Bluford and Mary Farmer (Dan) of Bonnie; and her grandchildren, Shaina Jackson (Jeremy) of Marion, Duke Farmer of Mount Vernon, Kwort Farmer (Chelsey) of Woodlawn, Butch Farmer (Sarah) of Marion, Kendra Kashycke (Steve) of Fairview Heights and Quinn Colwell (Erica) of St. Louis. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
