It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Niles Irwin of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Irwin and Frances Irwin (Simmons); and his son Matthew Irwin. He is survived by: his son Randall Irwin (Jill Youngblood) of Mount Vernon; and his grandson Matthew Irwin, Jr. of Mount Vernon.
