She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Wood and Sylvia Wood (Duke); her son John Paul Keen; her brother Larry O. Wood; and her sister-in-law Mary Sue Wood.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry F. Keen; her children, Jay Dee Keen of Mount Vernon, Paula Wilson (Carl) of Mount Vernon, Jarrell Keen (Suellen Riley-Keen) of Edwardsville and Jeff Keen of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her granddaughters, Katie Williams (Josh) of Mount Vernon, Kayla Niederhofer (Cody) of Mount Vernon, Victoria Smith (Mike) of Dover, Sylvia Keen of Edwardsville and Ava Keen of Edwardsville, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Sadie Niederhofer, Annie Williams, Maggie Williams and Ariana Albaugh; and her brother Lyle Wood (Dorothy) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. She is also survived by several nephews and one niece.
