It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Spenner of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Aubrey and Helen Catherine Cummings (Cathcart). She is survived by: her husband Alvin Spenner; her daughters, Angela Estlack (Mickey) of Georgetown and Denise Wilson (Doug) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Michael Estlack of Houston, Matthew Estlack, Paxton Jones (Kaleb) of Mount Vernon and Casey Roller (Kendall) of Shiloh, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Olivia Roller and Journi Jones; and her brothers, Larry Cummings (Joyce) of Ontario and Kent Cummings (Sheryl) of Mattoon, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
