She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Puckett and Geneva Puckett (Reed); and her sister Brenda Cates. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hefner; her son Jeff Hefner of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Elesa Hefner of Carbondale, Dyllan Hefner of Mount Vernon and Jonathan Hefner of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and her siblings, Beth Bruce, Terry Puckett and Tom Puckett (Debbie).
