He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Gilbert and Lela E. Slater (Fowler). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Fay Slater (Wolf); his daughter Carol Ann Lee (Brian) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, James Lee (Ashley) of Missoula, Rachel Vincent (Xavier) of Saint Charles and David Lee (Samantha) of Webster Grove, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Nora Lee of Missoula, Vince Lee of Webster Grove, Missouri. and Elowyn Lee of Webster Grove, Missouri..
