Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Macz Funeral Home - Centralia (234 S Elm St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Patty's honor in care of her son, Israel Fontanez.
