Patsy Florene Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Florene Phillips of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy Florene Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chandler and Beatrice Chandler (Garrett). She is survived by: her spouse Reverend John "Bo" Phillips; her children, John Maxey Phillips, Jr. (Teresa) of Woodlawn, Jackie Phillips (Debra) of Mount Vernon, Randy Phillips of Mount Vernon and Patti Cook (John) of Belle Rive, Illinois; her grandchildren, Josh, Randy, Levi, Brandon, Matthew and Rhian; and her brother Gary Chandler (Glenda) of Royce City, Texas. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
