She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Combs and Melva Combs (Hickman); her husband Louis Wayne Flexser; and her daughter Judith Ann Flexser. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne A. Flexser (Kay) of Winterville and Diana K. Newton (Tom) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Steven D. Flexser (Emily) of Denver, Stacey J. Moore (Mark) of Bourbonnais, Rebecca Vinyard (Josh) of Mount Vernon and Jeffery Newton of Thompsonville, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Ella Moore, Easton Moore, Carson Flexser, Avery Flexser, Rilyn Flexser, Caleb Vinyard and Evan Vinyard.

Memorials may be made in Patricia's honor to Freewill Baptist Church or Meadowbrook Christian Church.
