He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Miller and Marion Miller (Bassan); his daughter Natalie Miller; his granddaughter Megan Huston; his sister Pauline Patterson; and his sister-in-law Ruth Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Miller (Keaton); his children, Andrew Miller (Sonya) of Pensacola, Florida and Julie Way (Kenneth) of St; his grandson Matthew Huston (Shebli) of Castle Rock, Colorado; and his brother Paul Miller of Maine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Norman's honor to Park Avenue Baptist Church, Deaconess Hospice of Evansville, or the charity of the donor's choice.
