Webb of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester H. Minor and Mabel Minor Stewart (Hunt). She is survived by: her husband Roger E. Webb; her children, Pamela McMahan (Richard) of Mount Vernon, Larry Don Webb (Gerri) of Centralia and Jayson Webb (Erika) of Boulder, Colorado; her grandchildren, Maia Maricle, Andrea Snyder, Katie McMahan, Timothy Q Webb, Larry J Scott, Madison Webb and Amelia Webb; and her stepfather Forest P Stewart. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
