She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Moreland and Alice Moreland (Edwards); her spouse Gale Knox; and her siblings, Robert Moreland and Nina Mae Wadsworth.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger R. Knox (Cindy) of Belleville, Lindell D. Knox (Sharon) of Woodlawn and Randy Knox (Penny) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Heather Mathers (Jonathan), Andrew Knox (Suzanne), Cara Gutzmer (John), Bethany Benjamin (Kenneth Jr.), Lydia Emery (Gary), Timothy Knox, Daniel Knox (Erika) and Jamie Smith (Jenn); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Mathers, Teagan Knox, Ainsle Knox, Skye Knox, Ashlynn Gutzmer, Duncan Gutzmer, Kaden Benjamin, Josie Benjamin, Tyler Knox (Hannah), Jade Knox, Tyler Emery, Reagen Emery, Eliana Knox, Teya Knox and Asher Knox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
