He is survived by: his wife Deloris Rombough (Harvey); his children, Jennifer Hayes (John) of Mount Vernon, Janice Jines (Alex) of Mount Vernon, Julie Moore (Scott) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Jeffrey Rombough (Lora) of Nashville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Derk King (Carlos) of Marion, Sundee King (Dale Martin) of Galatia, Aaron Dillon (Ria) of Santa Clara, Ryland Rombough (Jenna) of Walnut Hill, Tony "Ace" Hayes and Mark Hayes (Madison Cameron) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his sister Joan Fredricks (John) of Manteno, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Liam Dillon and Waylon Lee Rombough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Neil's honor to the Community of Christ Church on Salem Road.
