He is survived by: his wife Hannah Hayes (Harrison); his mother Pamela R. Christenberry (Frank) of Bloomington, Indiana; his daughter Kaylee Hayes of Bloomington; his sister Katie Smith (John) of Bloomington; his nephew J. J. Smith of Bloomington; his niece Emma Smith of Bloomington; his grandparents, Tony and Diana Davidson of Bloomington; his mother-in-law Carol Adcock; his grandfather-in-law Verla Adcock; and his close friends, David and Kimberly Fanning of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
