He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Puckett; and his siblings, Arthur Glen Puckett, Christine Shannon, George E. Puckett and Leo Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Puckett (Stewart); his son Marty Puckett (Becky) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his siblings, Troy Puckett (Diane) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Stella Ann Patterson of Bourbonnais and Jeannette Smith (Gerald "Smitty") of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his sister-in-law Reba Puckett of Mount Vernon, Illinois.; and his daughter-in-law Becky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Mick's honor to South Hickory Hill Cemetery.
