He was predeceased by: his father James McKenzie; and his brother Jamie McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Becky "Becko" McKenzie (Graham); his daughters, Lori McKenzie and Laci McKenzie; his stepdaughter Dalyn Carbajal (Beto); his grandchildren, Racey McKenzie and Trey McKenzie; his stepgranddaughter Lozen Carbajal; his brother Bobby McKenzie (Dana); and his siblings-in-law, Tara McKenzie, Candy Heob and David Graham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Michael's honor to SSM Hospice of Mount Vernon, Illinois.
