With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen E. Phillips of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Turlock, California, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Morris and Marion Ellen Peterson (Carlson). She is survived by: her husband Don Phillips; and her siblings, Donald Peterson (Susan) of Hughson and Debbie Fisher (Ron) of Denair, California. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
