She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Parker and Dr. W. G. Parker; her stepfather Lester E. Starr; her sister Isabel; her brother-in-law Warren Threlkeld; and her nephews, Bill Threlkeld and Tom Threlkeld (Jim Moore).
She is survived by: her nephew Steve Threlkeld (Pauline); her cousin Elizabeth Parker Wilson (Bob); her great-nephew Christopher Threlkeld (Denise); her great-niece Carol Threlkeld (Michael Ring); her cousins, Tom Burgess (Leslie) and Jim Hall (Kendra); and also, Jananne Terry Threlkeld, Connor (Olivia), Riley, Julia and Isabel.
Memorials may be made in Mary Alice's honor to the Mitchell Museum.
