He was predeceased by: his spouse Thelma Sue Tate; his grandson Kyan Gage Richardson; and his siblings, Ronnie Richardson of Roger Richardson and Linda Mullinax. He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Breeze of Bluford, Charles Patterson of Mount Vernon, Marvin E. Richardson (Heather) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Cindy Blazier (Jim) of Woodlawn, Kim Bevis (Allen) of Woodlawn, Twila Gregory (Mike) of Mount Vernon and Slyvia Thetford (James) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and his siblings, Bobby Richardson of Johnston City, David Richardson (Brenda) of Bluford, Jerry Tolley of Mattoon, Illinois and Linda McKinney of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren.
