She was predeceased by: her parents, Everret Dennis and Peggy Dennis (Amundson); her son Adam Van Phillipi; and her siblings, Johnny Dennis, Rusty and Alma Coggins.
She is survived by: her daughter Brandi of Decatur, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Chelsea Phillipi; her siblings, Denise Welch (Craig) of Bethalto, Michael Dennis (Sherry) of Granite City, Mark Wayne, Sandy Irene, Jackie Britt and Darlene; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Kylie, Brianna, Maddie, Austin and Zach; her great grandchild Bryson; and her close friends, Dorothy Lomax, Patricia Bravard and Stacy Staats. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Martha's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
