We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Marilyn S. Parks of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curt Scarborough and Jane Scarborough (Keith); and her stepfather A. G. Rednour. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert Parks; her children, Philip Parks (Valerie) and Dr. Jamie Leddin (Patrick Leddin) of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Brock Parks (Abby), Zach Parks (Elizabeth), Seth Parks (Lizbeth), Alex Daley (Kevin) and Clay Leddin (Jess Sabo); her great grandchildren, Fin, Garon, Arlo, Emma, James, Santiago and Clementine; and her brother Curt Scarborough (Roni) of St. Charles, Missouri..
