She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Leslie McGehee; her daughter Carolyn Scott (Donald) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Deborah Winkler (James) of Georgetown and Brian Scott (Lisa) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
