We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 96, Lois Starkey in Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Starkey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Stephen Shehorn and Maurine Dawn Shehorn (Wilson); her spouse Mirwood Allen Starkey (Woody); her brother Clyde Edward Shehorn; and her son-in-law Willis Ray.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Dailey (Rodney) of Mount Vernon and Kathy Ray of Milton, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Andrew (Melanie), Aaron (D'Anna), Joseph (Mandy), William (JoAnn), Benjamin Dailey (Katie), Hannah Story (Sam), Mac (Sarah) and Charlie Gerkin (Crystal). She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Lois' honor to Bailey Cemetery.
