We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021, at the age of 76, Linda D. Clark (Mount Vernon, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Capps and Edna Cates Capps; her siblings, John Robert Capps and Beatrice Marian Ellis; and her siblings-in-law, Don Ellis and Betty Capps.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Kenneth E. Clark; her nieces and nephews, Theresa Ellis Lemmon (Jerry) of Tullahoma, Toni Ellis Hicks (Greg) of Mount Vernon, Cheryl Capps Fleetwood of Lumberton, Janice Capps Hatfield (Gary) of Mulkeytown, John Ellis (Lisa) of Mount Vernon and Douglas Capps of Woodlawn; her stepson Kenny Clark (Melinda); her stepgrandson Nicholas of Parma, Missouri; her aunt Ginny Stephenson (Charles) of Marion; and her uncles, Ed Cates (Carolyn) of Anna and Homer Cates of Fayetteville.
