He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hall and Helen Hall (Mann); his brother Kenneth Ray Hall; his granddaughter Sylvie Lynn Hall; his parents-in-law, Claude Herbert and Zana Lorena Williams (Adams); and his granddaughters-in-law, Lynn Hall and Sarah Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Hall (Williams); his son Timothy Wayne Hall (Rachel); his grandsons, Corey Hall of Bluford and Tyler Hall of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his sister Linda Ann Daniels (Hall) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Aiden Hall and Leah Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Depper of McAllen and Jane Bacon of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
