He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Albert and Ethel Young (Gray); his siblings, Dan Young and Peggy Dawson; his children, Gregory Young and Lynne Page; his great grandchild Noa Elizabeth Allison; and his son-in-law Mark Spangler.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fenton; his daughter Cindy Spangler of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Garry Allison (Drue) of Nashville, Coby Archer (Marty) of Mount Vernon, Lynne Page French of Mount Vernon, Michelle Kuschel (Mike) of Mount Vernon, Shane Young (Timarie) of California and Chad Young (Megan) of Olathe, Kansas; his siblings, Bill Young of Mount Vernon, Pat Wood of Salem and Joann Chatman of Mount Vernon; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Young of Memphis, Tennessee. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
