She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Greenwalt and Ethel Greenwalt (Coil); her husband Marcene Sledge; her son Donald E. Sledge; and her siblings, Kelly Greenwalt, Gilbert Greenwalt, Robert Greenwalt, Harlan Greenwalt, Jeffrey Greenwalt, Gearl Greenwalt and Dora Keele.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Sledge (Kathi) of Auburn, Illinois and Judy Beehn (Mike) of Bluford, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kevin Deneen Sledge (Sandy), Michael Beehn (Hayley), Karissa Miller (Andrew), Melanie Gary (Andy) and Lindsay White (Michael); her great great grandchildren, Sydney Sledge and Miles Sronce; and her sister-in-law Earlene Greenwalt of Wayne City, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
