She is survived by: her spouse Lee Willingham; her children, Jacob Bailey (Tiffanie Stewart) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Sydney Bailey of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her stepchildren, Kali, Ben and Willie; her grandchildren, Smitlee and Rowdy Willingham; and her brother David Hutchison (Amy) of Opdyke, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Leah's honor to the charity of the donor's choice.
