He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Woodruff of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his children, Allison Chuches (Gary), Leisa Mick (Jake), Rachel Mick (Shain) and Matthew Mick; his grandchildren, Jaymis, Shea (Kim), Madalynne (Ethan), Kaileb, Abby, Olivia, Braydon, Jacob and Hunter; and his great grandchild Sophia.
