We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 72, Lavita Bolyard of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Taylor and Verna-Dean Taylor (Shelton); her aunts, EvaLena Wilson and Norma Thomason; her sister-in-law Cathy Taylor; and her nephew Donald Ray Williams.
She is survived by: her former husband Gene Bolyard; her son Wayne Bolyard (Sara Morgan) of Bluford; her grandchildren, Thomas James Clark, Eleanor Bolyard and Cassandra Bolyard; and her siblings, Dean Taylor (Laura) of Bluford and Barbara Winkleman (Lloyd) of Bluford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
