He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Scrivner (Stuttle); his children, Carla Lusby (Bill) of Lehigh Acres, Jodie Scrivner of Bloomington, Ronna Vance (Quinton) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Larry Scrivner (Shelly) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Amber Scrivner of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and his siblings, Wiley Scrivner of Myrtle Beach, Jean Wilson (Donnie) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. and Barb Kniffen (Bill) of Mount Vernon, Illinois.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
