He is survived by: his mother Ethel Lee Foulks of Mount Vernon; his close friend Eugenia Renee Rollins; his daughter Kayla Marie of Indianapolis, Indiana; his siblings, Doris Higgins of Mount Vernon, Maudie Gamble (Dwight) of Carbondale, Martha Jones of Owensboro, Kentucky, Jessie Foulks of Mount Vernon, Gary Sanders of Mount Vernon, Joe Sanders (Rasheeda) of Carbondale, James Foulks of West Virginia and Willie Cross of Hickman, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Vernayzia "NuNu" Rollins, Kyzlen "Lil Duke Duke and Hughes-Disroe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
