He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milton and Mertle Ann Land (Hill); his wife Constance Land (Saladino); and his son-in-law David Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Greg Land (Patricia) of Mount Vernon, Janet Land of Beleverde and Joyce Anderson of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
