She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack L. Flanagan and Ramona J. Flanagan (Richardson); her brother Lewis Flanagan; and her parents-in-law, Vera and Jim Fisher.
She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Baltzell; her children, Amy Povolish (Ryan) of Sesser, Jennifer Scarber of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Danny Scarber (Erica) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Haley Chelf (Zach), Bryson Karch, Madyson Karch (Cam), Cayson Karch, Remington Povolish, Aaron Scarber and Averie Scarber; her great grandchildren, Reign, Brylon, Amaliya, Daisy and Hudson; her siblings, Angie Campbell (Steve) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Dennis Flanagan (Paula) of Salem and Tim Flanagan of Salem, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Kathy Byars (Craig) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
