With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Justin Whipps of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Fran Zedalis (Badgett) of Mount Vernon and Charles Edgar Whipps of Nashville, Tennessee; his son Trey Whipps of Mount Vernon; and his brothers, J. B. Howell (Michelle) of Louisville and Steve Zedalis (Nikki) of Opdyke, Illinois..
