With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Estelene Krause of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of June Estelene Krause to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Pansy Schafer (Cunningham) and Otto Schafer; her brothers, Fred Schafer (Betty), Earl Schafer (Rita) and Kenneth Schafer (Lee Krause); and her daughter Mary Jane Krause.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Schafer (Mary) of Sullivan, MO; her nieces, Lisa Hampton (Rodney), Laura Knotts (Don) and Sheila Edwards (Jeff); and her great-nephews, Joshua Bell (Taylor), Jordan Bell (Michaela), Jeremiah Slankard, Aaron, Isaiah and Sam Knotts. She is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the International Mission Board for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
