With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julissa Mercedes Laslie of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2024 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Samia and Marcus Laslie; and her grandfather Allen Hall. She is survived by: her parents, Allen Laslie and Kathleen Hubler; her siblings, Elaine, Allen, Ciera and Marlene Laslie; her aunts and uncles, David Hubler (Elizabeth), Chrishonda Laslie, Talina Laslie and Lakesha Laslie; and her grandparents, Diana Hubler, Drago, Catherine Hubler and Marlene Laslie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
