He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Rapp and Angelina Rapp (Haas); and his children, Angela Rapp and Alan Rapp. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Judy Rapp (Reyling); his sons, Curtis Rapp (Kristi) of Waltonville and Jason Rapp of Dahlgren, Illinois; his grandchildren, Lyle Reynolds (Ciara), Levi Rapp (Brittani Rathe), Lynsi Rapp, Courtney Rapp (Daniel Oliver) and Jeremiah Rapp; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Elliston, Bella Reynolds, Jace Reynolds, Avery Reynolds, Addi Beal and Taylee Rapp; his aunt Lucille Firnstahl; and his brothers, Gilbert Rapp of Dahlgren, Ed "Gus" Rapp (Cleo) and Kenny Rapp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Joe's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Saint Mary Building Fund.
