It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Poole (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Poole and Sharon Goff (Whelan); his brother Terry Poole; and his granddaughter Hayden Rye. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Poole (Cummings); his children, John Poole Jr (Melinda), Jason Poole, Jennifer Chastain (Rob), Sara Cummings, Julie Poole and Sherri Rye (Johnny); his grandchildren, Maxwell Poole, Lindsey Poole, Aliyah Lafferty, Nevaeh Ricketts, Grayson Ricketts, Camden Rye and Preston Poole; and his brothers, Jimmy Poole (Connie), Tommy Poole and Danny Poole.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the funeral home to help defray cost.
